Never buy colony. Ever

It's rare that I rant on my blog - but seriously, never buy colony. Tell your friends to never by colony. Tell your friends to tell their friends to never buy colony. Etc.

This is the second colony frame that I've broken. The first I broke in exactly the same way. I won't warranty this one - why trade shit for shit? They were also assholes when I tried to warranty the first one, by the way. On my current frame I hardly even rode, I was traveling quite a bit and not riding that much, then I was hurt and didn't ride all summer - and it still broke. Seriously, I just ride fucking curbs and the frame can't even handle that? And this one has broken, as the first one did, in the middle of a trip, costing me far more than it should, as I'm losing money on travel and on having to buy a new overpriced frame away from home. Just another shitty parts company. Stick with what's good. Fuck colony.
